The Restaurant with a Michelin star
where you can indulge in a unique, fine-dining experience.
Il Tino is the ultimate expression of the Laziale coast’s cuisine; it combines modern techniques with international flavors, thanks to the rich experience of chef and patron Daniele Usai.
A Michelin-star holder since 2015 and member of the JRE since 2011, Il Tino brings to Nautilus high-end cuisine in an elegant, softly-lit dining room.
The menu is based on contemporary ideas that are strongly rooted in tradition yet have a creative spin that transport guests on a journey outside of the norm. Typical à la carte offerings are accompanied by a tasting menu with dishes that established Il Tino, like smoked amberjack with red onion and amaranth.
Territory, artisanality and authenticity, three words to describe the philosophy of a young chef who is strongly tied to his roots.
Daniele Usai’s cuisine is based on high-quality and seasonal ingredients; it is a contemporary cuisine with a strong local influence, enhanced with avant-garde techniques and international flavors.
Attention to ingredients and “homemade” are the cornerstones of the chef’s philosophy, which he shares daily with a young and experienced team, producing a cuisine that doesn’t just reinterpret local tradition, but also elicits feelings and memories.
The sensation that a scent can evoke, the memory of a particular day or the saturation of a color are the inspirations for the construction of his dishes.
