A Michelin-star holder since 2015 and member of the JRE since 2011, Il Tino brings to Nautilus high-end cuisine in an elegant, softly-lit dining room.
The menu is based on contemporary ideas that are strongly rooted in tradition yet have a creative spin that transport guests on a journey outside of the norm. Typical à la carte offerings are accompanied by a tasting menu with dishes that established Il Tino, like smoked amberjack with red onion and amaranth.
